✅ Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We gladly offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

If your toy arrives damaged, not working properly, or has a manufacturing defect.
✔️ 2. Wrong Item Received
If you receive a different color, size, or product than what you ordered.
✔️ 3. Lost Package
If your order is lost in transit or not delivered within the maximum delivery timeframe.

- Minor variations in color due to monitor differences.
- The size difference is within the manual measurement tolerance.
